By far the best way to address teamwork issues is to help the team create or adopt a formal team structure like those described on my Full Scale agile™ website. Options there range from guiding them to self-direction, to a light application of the “Agile” method called “Scrum,” to full Scrum or Kanban. However, a structure will not eliminate every problem, and non-agile teams need more help.
