SuddenTeams has Moved!

The SuddenTeams™ Program has evolved yet again. The first version, based on more than 300 studies and finished in 2001, was the proprietary training manual for my coaching practice, TeamTrainers Consulting. A decade later I published an updated, do-it-yourself version as the book shown here. Though it was profitable, after I closed TeamTrainers, I converted the book to a free hypertext on this website.

Most of the content now has been incorporated into my Full Scale agile™ site as “Self-Directed agile.” Sections on performance appraisals and compensation were moved into “Structuring for Agility” on that site, but the Teamwork Troubleshooting section remains here.
